SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:
Made to order items 3-5 processing days.
Ready to ship items 1-2 processing days.
I always aim to ship on the same day when possible when orders are placed before 12PM UK time. (Ready to Ship items only)
(All Paper Craft items are always "Ready to Ship" unless stated in the description that its being stored at our shop located in Ross-On-Wye, in that case I will need a processing time of 1-2 day to go collect it before I can post)
All Polymer Clay items are Made To Order, unless stated as Ready To Ship in the “Item details” section. Please see the estimated arriving time below the description. (I may have some stock Ready to Ship that I keep aside for market stalls, so it may never hurt to pop me a message and ask)
Uk Shipping (after processing time):
* UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class - 2-3 business days*
* UK via Royal Mail 1st Class - 1 business day*
* UK Shipping can be upgraded to 1st at checkout otherwise orders will be sent out via 2nd Class as standard*
International Shipping
*Standard International via Royal Mail 3-7 business days*
*Tracked International via Royal Mail 3-7 business days
(This is just Royal mails estimate but in my past experience shipping does take a lot longer then they state, especially during busier time*
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the rare case you have an issue with your order please get in contact with me via the contact page or by email @KraftsbyZoe@gmail.com. I will accept returns or exchanges if the items are in the same condition as received (ie not worn or damaged by yourself) but return shipping will need to be paid by the buyer. I will need to be notified of a return with details before I can accept

If an item is damaged in transit or has any faults that are aren't due to the customer I will accept a return/exchange/refund at my own expense but please get in contact with me first
