Example Projects

These are examples of Albums I've created for myself as well as custom orders from family members to help you get the best idea on how to use your new Album

Trip to the Zoo

This mini album was made using the Echo Park Animal Kingdom paper collection. I used it to document our trip to the Zoo for my daughters birthday. The waterfall feature is a great way to add more photos to a smaller album without taking up two much space. Photos can be added on both the front & back of the waterfall flaps however I chose just to add them to the top for this particular project.

First 12 Months

With my middle daughters baby album I chose to use Simple Stories Boho Baby. I made her album in a folio style with signature on each side. The right side holds exactly 12 flip pages (enough for one month per page) & the right includes a large 4x6 waterfall which I used to include all my favourite photos of her & her big sister. The pocket on the back cover is a great way to leave a little message for the recipient or include baby's birth details as I did with my daughters. This style is perfect for an arrange of events but is by far my favourite to document a baby's first year.

Safe Travels

I used my largest quad-folio design to create my sisters a album to hold all their photos from a week long trip in Greece. This is the biggest album I've created by far & does take a good amount of time to make, so this isn't a design I choose to use very often. However it is my favourite as it holds a range of different page/pocket styles & even uses clear pocket pages to add a bit of interest in one of the sections. The large expandable pocket is a great place to store extra bits & bobs you collect on your adventures aswell as loose photos & even plane tickets etc.

Baby Girl

Using the Echo Park Play All Day (Girl) paper collection I made my daughter this mini but spacious 6x6 album to hold all of my favourite images from her first year. Having lots of tuck spots, flaps and pockets makes for a great interactive element & means you have a little more space for photos or other memorabilia you want to include.

Paulton's Park

This large Folio design was the perfect choice for our trip to Peppa Pig World (Paulton's Park) as it holds a vast amount of photos & extra memorabilia. I used Echo Park Spooky for the paper matting as it matched the theme of the park's decor perfectly as we went durning the Halloween season. With both the waterfall features in this album I chose to put photos on both the top & bottom of the waterfalls as  this way you can add double the photos in such a small space

Happy Hearts

As a gift to my sister and her boyfriend I made this cute (not so mini) album using Simple Stories Happy Hearts. This design features some really cute acetate pages & plenty of pocket space for over 50+ photos. I left the last page blank so as time goes on they can add even more of their favourite photos until the album is complete.  Any type of mini album (big or small) is the perfect gift for someone special or even to document your own everyday adventures!!
